- Engineering to modify the new programming software tools and configuration or updating of the existing ones for the already installed video recorder, to adapt it to the new CCTV system according to the customer’s specifications.
- Engineering required to retrofit the capacity to remotely extract images via WIFI connection on both video recorders (current and new).
- Support and monitoring service for the commissioning of the first train unit.
- Bilbao Metro Engineering personnel training together with the documentation relating to the configuration of both video recorders (current and new), according to the customer’s specifications.
